They were talking about that picture on the radio. Appearently Miley and her parents were very upset because that pic was taken after her parents left the studio and the photographer was like, "lets just do this. it will be cool and artistic, we aren't going to use it or anything" but then it ended up on the front cover of the magazine. I think Miley got taken advantage of.
